While Redford has a lot of good years left in him (Cockers have an average lifespan of 13 to 15 years), his adoption fee is reduced to $125 due to his age. Redford is also part of our VIP Seniors for Seniors program. If you are over 62 Redford's fee is reduced further to $75!
What a handsome fellow this guy is! Redford finds himself in need of a new home and sadly he doesn't have the cash to just fork out for new digs. He is a very affectionate cocker, wanting nothing more than to be close to his person and lavish them with his attention and love. He is also very well socialized and would do best if not an only dog.
He shares well and is not at all protective about his food bowl. Redford should not be around cats. He is housetrained, willing to please and responsive to human voice.
Due to his age he has some health issues and requires a special diet and care. He has arthritis, colitis and heart disease, but he gets around well and still loves to go for a walk around the neighborhood every chance he gets.
