Brinkley

This little guy is named Brinkley and is he precious or what!!! If you think his face is sweet you have to see his personality!! You see, he did not always live on easy street!!! When Cocker Rescue first rescued him he was emaciated, and unfortunately had Sarcoptic mange.

Luckily for him we came to his rescue and were able to not only put some weight on him, but successfully treat his mange. His fur is currently being treated with vitamins, supplements and special shampoos to help him grow back a gorgeous red buff coat.

Another sad fact is nobody cared for Brinkley enough to put him on Heartworm Prevention!! Due to this neglect he is currently Heartworm positive. Next week he will begin his Heartworm treatment and then will have to rest for the next four weeks before he will be ready for his forever home.

Brinkley is around 9-10 months old and is just a joy to be around. He is such a happy boy and always so eager to please. He loves people, kids and even other dogs. He loves walking with you on a leash and hasn’t had one accident in the house!! He is crate trained and is just so full of love. If you would like a wonderful companion we would love for you to come meet Brinkley. If you are not able to adopt him, but would like to Spawnsor him that would be greatly appreciated!!!
